Website and membership terms
A draft structure for NDODA’s public website and online application conditions.
1. Website purpose
The website provides information about NDODA, membership applications, vehicle registration, training, opportunities and partnerships.
2. Applications and approval
Submitting an application does not create automatic membership. NDODA may verify information, request additional documents and approve, defer or decline an application according to published criteria.
3. Accuracy
Applicants must provide accurate and current information and notify NDODA when key driver, vehicle, insurance or contact information changes.
4. Fees
Approved fees, renewal dates, refunds and payment methods must be published in the final fee schedule. Registration fees paid to NDODA do not replace statutory vehicle, licence, permit, tax, insurance or regulatory charges.
5. Opportunities
NDODA does not guarantee employment, contracts, delivery volumes, income, finance, insurance approval or benefits. Partner selection remains subject to each partner’s requirements.
6. Member conduct
Members may be required to comply with a code of conduct covering safety, professionalism, lawful operation, document validity, customer conduct and responsible use of NDODA’s name.
7. Intellectual property
NDODA’s name, logo, membership marks and website content may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation and complaints
Final terms should explain complaint, appeal, suspension and termination processes, as well as any lawful limitations of liability.
